This year, the focus is mainly on the students. Which strategies do they use when writing synthesis texts? What type of writing assignments do they encounter? And what kind of student texts do we perceive to be good, sufficient or insufficient? This SIG meeting will focus on the progress of the project and seek input around the preliminary results.

Integral collaboration for activating teaching spaces: how does it work?
|
Within Future Learning Spaces (FLS), activating learning spaces are being set up. From 1 January 2024, FLS has transitioned into the existing organisation. The four departments involved (FSC, ITS, SO&O, V&C) are now working together structurally in an integral way to realise the activating teaching spaces. How did this collaboration come about? And what does the integral collaboration yield? To answer those questions, a conversation was held with colleagues from the different dapartments. Curious how they work together integrally? And how you can make use of the learning spaces in your teaching? Then please read the article.

Sign up for the latest Continuing Education webinar
|
Participants of Continuing Education value contact with other professionals. Sharing experiences provides opportunities for development. As a teacher, you can use that consciously. Community building is useful during the course, but can also be a long-term goal, so that participants know how to find each other for exchange even after the course is over. In this webinar, Tessa van Asselt (Faculty of REBO) and Carolijn Ouwehand (Education Advice & Training) discuss the purpose of community-building, how to bring it about and how participants experience it. Curious?
