You are getting this message because you are or have been working with the Remindo examination application. We will soon be adjusting a setting in Remindo that might affect what you see in the application.

Why are we making a change?
|
To comply with the retention period set by UU for test answers, it is necessary to remove the answers given by students from the Remindo exam environment after a period of two years. This retention period is established in accordance with the Education and Examination Regulations and Dutch archival legislation. The two-year period begins to run once a student has completed the test they have taken. UU students have been informed of this through this privacy policy. We will implement this change around Christmas 2023, after which this will become standard operating procedure.

As a teacher, you don't have to do anything for this or change the way you work. You may notice that the given answers of tests made in Remindo more than two years ago, are no longer visible in the exam environment. The statistics on the test analysis page belonging to the deleted answers will also disappear. The test moment itself and the accountability report will both remain available.
In the administration environment of Remindo nothing will change and all data and question statistics (R, RIT, RIR values) will remain available as usual.
