Dear Andrea,
We are excited to announce that the next UU Wellbeing Week is taking place from 9th – 13th of May.
At Utrecht University, we believe that it is important to have an open conversation about vitality and wellbeing. During the Wellbeing Week, we offer an extensive programme that covers wellbeing as a whole. Organised for students, by (recently graduated) students. The activities touch upon mental, physical, spiritual, but also financial, sustainable, occupational and social wellbeing. The programme is designed to be as diverse and inclusive as possible to everyone.

Other workshops and activities

You don't have to wait for the Wellbeing Week to get started. For example, from 25 April you can already visit the three-week outdoor exhibition 'OPEN on depression' in the Griftpark, or register for the lecture by Zen Buddhist teacher Sister True Dedication in Parnassos on the 3rd of May. Furthermore, weekly workshops and coaching are offered throughout the academic year. Check students.uu.nl/en/studentwellbeing for more information and the agenda.

*NO SHOW: free of charge does not mean free of responsibility. Please be mindful in choosing what you register for. Many activities will be fully booked very quickly, and for every late cancellation or no-show we will have to disappoint students from the waiting list who would have liked to attend. Cancel your registration at the earliest possible moment if you cannot make it anymore, and at least 24 hours prior to the activity.
