Inspiration, interaction and togetherness at the Onderwijsfestival |
On Thursday the 6th of March UU's annual education event took place: the OnderwijsFestival. Over 500 visitors from the entire UU education community were this year's guests in the Academiegebouw. A wide range of sessions allowed participants to exchange extensively and meet new colleagues on this sun-drenched day in March. Many participants experienced it as a day where, as a community, you can take a moment to reflect on and celebrate the education we are working so hard on together. Curious about the atmosphere or want to relive the day? |

Interdisciplinarity as a budget band-aid in higher education |

This promise of integration across fields has gained traction, also in our own university. However, while interdisciplinarity offers distinct benefits, it also comes with its own set of challenges, especially when considered as a catch-all remedy for complex systemic problems.
